In the afternoon of June 11, 2010, Mr. Chaicharearn Atibeadya (the president of PTT ICT Solutions Company Limited) organized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with three other leading companies, ACIS Professional Center Company Limited, Siemens Limited and ZyGen Company Limited.

Mr. Chaicharearn suggested that cooperation between companies is essential for succeeding in today’s fast evolving world. Our world buoyed by the dynamism of technologies and rapidly changing economies spin in such rapid pace that companies must join forces to build a business alliance in order to adapt, catch up and push forward. He also urged that business alliance is the most effective path for companies to reach highest success and provide their customers with nothing but the best.

In this agreement, ZyGen Company Limited will work together with various experts in the area of SAP system while ACIS Professional Center Company Limited will assist in IT security and Siemens Limited will share their expertise in Information Technology, International ICT services, and IT support. Because many of PTT ICT’s customers, especially the PTT groups, have many needs to operate both domestically and internationally, this collaboration is an important step forward for pushing the quality of PTT ICT’s business delivery closer to the quality the company always wanted. PTT ICT is constantly seeking ways to improve its business delivery because the happiness and satisfaction of its customers, both within the PTT group and external, is its ultimate goal.
