Network Infrastructure System
PTT ICT Green Data Center provides clients with the confidence of complete security because our redundant facilities ensure seamless continuance of business in the event of unforeseen failures, protecting our clients’ valuable data assets.

Power System
PTT ICT Green Data Center has its own generator to continuously provide electricity in case of a power failure. The Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is flywheel- based and requires no batteries. It is environmentally friendly, produces zero radioactive lead and requires minimal maintenance since no battery replacement is required.

Fire Protection System
PTT ICT has a carefully planned fire security system. The Data Center has several proactive High Sense Smoke Detector (HSSD) devices installed. The smoke detectors make use of a Water Mist System which allows fire to be extinguished without damaging the hardware in the Data Center.

Cooling and Air Flow System
We use an Air Flow System called “Water Cooled Chiller”. The system uses cold water within the building to provide cooling by using air flow under the floor cavity to control the spreading of cool air and the level of humidity.

Security Protection System
Data Center access is by designated key card. In addition, some restricted areas require fingerprint scanning. The Data Center is fully staffed with professional security personnel who provide 24 hours security in addition to CCTVs which are mounted in strategic locations throughout the building.

Co-Location
Co-Location is PTT ICT’s service for clients’ server hosting. Co-Location helps organizations save on expenses by eliminating the cost of building their own Data Center. The co-located server can be managed via remote access terminal which gives the same experience as being physically present in front of the server. This is an excellent alternative for clients who already own their servers but need to access and use their server via the internet.

Dedicated Server
Dedicated Server is a server rental service that eliminates the need for clients to maintain their own server. This cost-effective solution provide basic services such as general web hosting that does not require full capacity email or web mail. Dedicated Server is also suited to large companies that want to separate their web hosting server from other servers that contains large amount of important data. Companies not only reduce their hardware investment but also save on maintenance expenses. Clients are able to manage their dedicated servers via Remote Access (Telnet or Terminal) and customize the servers to fit their usage requirements.

Cloud Computing
Cloud Computing is the next-generation paradigm of computer usage and resource utilization encompassing the whole IT System including hardware, software and virtualized network. Users simply specify their request to the Cloud Computing system and the best fit resources are dynamically allocated. Cloud Computing can be considered a virtual ICT services through a private network where the monthly service fee is based on the client’s actual usage of the resources. PTT ICT understands that computational and resource requirements vary depending on the users and their needs, so we provide various types of packages flexible enough to accommodate changing requirements.
